Quicklink will introduce at BVE and CABSAT 2016 the new update of the popular Quicklink TX Skype call transceiver. The Quicklink TX designed in partnership with Microsoft is a video call management system. It enables the reception and transmission of Skype video calls through an analog, SDI and HDMI interface for easy workflow integration. The new 4K ready transceiver update will include video colour correction and transmission recording capability to complete its wide range of features.
Since its first launch in September 2014 and the accelerated market move to IP-based video infrastructure, The Quicklink TX has been embraced by a large number of TV and radio stations, corporations, churches and universities. Quicklink’s clients have chosen the Quicklink TX because they want to connect directly to their audiences, create more interactive live content and increase their available coverages.
“If a customer wants a studio with web PC, 8 times out of 10 they say they want Skype. We now recommend the Quicklink TX because of the unique functionalities that the system offers.” Ray Bragg, Director of IPE Systems, system integrator
“The unit was able to provide us a professional quality Skype broadcast that we previously were unable to achieve with live interviews.” Moncef Khemiri, Engineer at Tunisia TV
“This has enabled us to be more creative in our approach to programming. The Quicklink TX is affordable and a fantastic way of extending our studio/gallery to the outside world.” Rhodri James, Gorilla Technology Director
“If you are aiming to be professional, trying to get the best quality possible, this is no brainer. The Quicklink TX is going to give you the best audio and video possible for Skype.” Stephen Heywood, Owner of The Tech Buzz Network
“It has definitely solved our past problems. Being primarily a radio show, having just one source was problematic as we were sharing one line for everybody. Now that we have three separate audio lines, our connections and video quality are strong.” Travis McMillen, Video Producer at the Reynolds Journalism Institute, University of Missouri
The new Quicklink TX update will be showcased at BVE 2016, Excel London (stand P20) and CABSAT 2016 in Dubai World Trade Centre ( stand ZM2 -33 Hall Z2). Come to the Quicklink stands to see the unit in action.
