Booker Role
The Booker is a new account type in StudioCall designed specifically for managing guest invitations with ease and clarity. This role offers a streamlined, purpose-built interface focused solely on scheduling and guest management, without any call control or operational features to get in the way.
Bookers can send invitations via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or generate shareable links, with support for both single and bulk invitations. They can also manage guest details at any time, including editing or removing invitations as needed.
It’s a clean, simplified user type built for teams that handle guest scheduling regularly and have appointed personnel dedicated to this task.
AI Helper
The incredibly powerful QuickLink AI Helper is now integrated directly into StudioCall, bringing intelligent, in-browser assistance right into your daily workflow.
This conversational assistant lives inside the StudioCall UI, ready to help the moment you need it. You can ask operational or workflow questions, from managing sessions and handling bookings to navigating features or configuring studio resources, and receive instant, context-aware guidance.
It’s like having a StudioCall specialist built right into your browser — available anytime to support your team, simplify tasks, and keep your studio running smoothly.
