In this update, you are now able to move your Quicklink Manager account between regions. This new feature enables you to take advantage of using your local region – making your experience more responsive as all communication will be over a shorter distance.
Please note, it is still strongly advised that you refer to the Network Information Document and open all regions as the system has local and regional failover.
The Corporate Secure Relay (CSR) is now available within on-demand rooms.
This room has a similar feature set to the Pro room, with the added bonus of data flow between end-points being relayed. In addition, this room type also offers a fixed IP address for relay nodes, allowing the flexibility of use on restricted networks.

Monitor your guests within a Conference, One-to-one or Talkshow Room with Monitor URLs. The Monitor URL allows you to access high-quality discrete video/audio of a seat position that can be viewed in a Google Chrome window for monitoring or proofing purposes.
A highly requested feature, video previews are now available directly from the call interface of the Quicklink Manager. When remote guests or a Quicklink Server channel is connected in a room, a live preview will display with video and audio bars. Video previews are supported on all devices in One-to-one, Talkshow, Conference, Waiting and Commentary Rooms.
If preferred, it is possible to disable video previews from the Display tab within Settings & Preferences.
Create permanent or temporary accounts that can be managed all under the same login. When creating a Sub Account, you can assign users, guests, hardware and cloud-servers allowing you to take control of your Quicklink infrastructure. This can be useful is you have multiple subsidiaries operating simultaneously but separately from each other but you still want to be able to manage it all centrally. Another use is for granting an operator access to an account and certain guests and hardware for a set period of time.

The Talkshow brings even more possibilities when it comes to interviews. With the Talkshow, six guests can view a single program feed and be promoted to communicate with the program. Other guests are able to view the program and the guest in the ‘hot seat’. This room type is ideal for a Q&A or one-to-one interview with queued quests.
The One-to-one Room brings a spin on the popular PRO Room with the added advantage of video previews!
Display a pre-defined or custom thumbnail when no guest is present within a Conference Room seat. This option is very useful if you have guests on poor networks and would like to fall back to a silhouette or company logo if their connection is lost.
Call Thumbnail is currently only supported with Quicklink Cre8 or the use of Ingest and Monitor URLs. This is not supported in outputs using Quicklink Studio Servers (ST100, ST102, ST208 or ST200).
Easily adjust the FEC (Forward Error Correction) level for Quicklink Studio Server Channels and Quicklink ST500 devices from the Quicklink Manager. Applying FEC increases the protection level, resulting in a more stable transmission.

Take your live sports productions to the next level with Instant Replays! This highly-requested feature allows you to instantly replay a timeframe of your production with control over the replay speed to give a slow motion effect.
With the growth of platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, the demand for live streaming in 9:16 (vertical) has never been bigger. With Cre8, it is now possible to stream your production in both 16:9 and 9:16 simultaneously.
This means that it is now easily possible to live stream to horizontal platforms such as YouTube, while simultaneously streaming to vertical platforms such as Instagram!
